Shipping Policy
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 - 6 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post. We do our best to get any stocked items out within 2 business days. If you prefer delivery by Express an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
Physical addresses are preferred (not PO Boxes) as items will be sent via courier in most cases.
We work to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched/booked in for delivery.
In some cases there may be unexpected delays which are out of our control. In these rare circumstances we will notify you (the customer via email) to keep you updated with info about the delay.
Items that are pre-order or have expected arrival dates, are only approximate dates. Please allow for slight variances in times/dates.
Special care is taken to protect all items including fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected and padded within where needed.
Please note, that freight charges are calculated by cubic dimensions and priced accordingly. We have tried to retrieve the best possible freight charges available. Due to the majority of our items being large in size, we unfortunately can not offer free postage like some other businesses may be able to do.

Please include a photo of the damaged item and please try to inform us at your earliest convenience, preferably within 3 days of its arrival. We will come to a resolution to deal with the issue as quickly as possible. This may be done in the form of a replacement of the damaged goods, credit, alternative product or full refund. We do require a photo of the item and packaging for us to resolve the issue. We will also file a case with Australia Post, however insurance isn't offered within the general freight costs, so if you do require insurance please email us before purchasing.
Refund and Return Policy
Returns: We will only accept returns if the product is faulty, and will require photographic proof. Once confirmed we will send a new item or refund you. Excluding shipping/delivery costs. You have 30 days from your delivery date
Refunds: If the product is faulty we will exchange for a new item or will refund you the product amount. We will not refund shipping/delivery costs. You have 30 days from your delivery date.
